Meet Our Registered Dietitian
Ashly Whited is New College Hospitality's Registered Dietitian. Ashly graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky and completed her internships across the state of Kentucky. She has a valuable versatile background equipping her to assist any student navigate campus dining. She works with the culinary team to ensure inclusive dining options and hold events throughout the year to promote overall health and wellness. Ashly takes an inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition to help students cultivate sustainable habits and empower them to make choices that best fit their individual needs.
